二、訂單及付款相關
1、本商店提供銀行轉帳 / ATM /E-BANKING (網上銀行轉帳)付款,請於兩天內完成轉帳,並上傳入數證明至訂單中。詳細付款規定請詳閱「付款服務方式」。
2.本商店保留接受訂單與否之權利,若因意外等狀況導致無法接受您的訂單,將使用電話、EMAIL或站內訂單留言與您聯繫,確認要更換訂單內容或者辦理退款,造成您的不便,敬請見諒。
3、訂購多樣商品,請於同一購物車內結帳,若分開結帳產生二筆以上之訂單,請依各別的專用付款方式/帳號完成付款,恕系統無法合併付款與合併訂單出貨,請務必留意。
三、運送服務相關
請詳閱「運送服務方式」之相關規定。
※若因收件人資訊不完整、手機號碼錯誤、EMAIL信箱錯誤,導致包裹寄出後無法收貨,或收件地址無人代簽收致使包裹被退回等情況,需請收件人補匯運費後再次寄出。
※因意外、天災、疫情、系統設備維護等不可抗力情況,或因調貨、盤點等特殊狀況,出貨時間將順延,並以EMAIL通知出貨延後,敬請見諒。
※出貨配達時間為預估時間,實際配送狀況需依當地配送員為主,無法承諾配達時間,若有送禮、出國或其他特殊原因者,需自行承擔時效之風險。
※超商取件到店會後發送取貨通知簡訊,若您設定過拒收商務廣告簡訊之服務或長時間未開機,將可能導致無法接收到店通知簡訊。
※若遇天災不可抗拒之因素和部分超商門市之特殊原因(包含但不限於關店、週末不營業等情況),包裹有可能需要更多的工作天數才能到達取貨門市。
四、隱私權保護政策
1、 本商店為SHOPLINE之合作店家,當您購物時,本商店將透過SHOPLINE平台所提供之功能,於購物結帳及履行契約之流程中蒐集您的個人資料及消費相關資訊,作為提供商品或服務,以及後續與SHOPLINE相關之客戶服務、行銷宣傳之利用。
2、本商店得將遞送商品或服務所必要的資訊提供予物流廠商作配送或聯絡之用。
